Składniki:
4 sztuki mango, obrane, bez pestek, pokrojone w kostkę (4 szklanki)
3 łyżki startego świeżego imbiru
1 cebula posiekana
1 ząbek czosnku, posiekany
½ słodkiej, czerwonej papryki, bez nasion, posiekanej (ok. 1 szklanka)
½ szklanki rodzynek
⅓ szklanki cukru
2 łyżeczki soli
½ szklanki octu
⅓ szklanki wody
Przygotowanie:
Wymieszać wszystkie składniki w rondlu. Zagotować na dużym ogniu, potem zmniejszyć ogień i dusić 1 godzinę i 15 minut. Zdjąć z ognia, ostudzić. Przechowywać w lodówce w słoikach do pół roku.
